All products manufactured by Aussie Hotwash are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for thirtysix (36) months from the date of invoice or delivery (whichever is earlier). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. To make a warranty claim the Customer must return the defective Goods freight paid to the plant or service depot designated by Aussie Hotwash. Aussie Hotwash’s liability in respect of defective Goods will be limited to rectifying the defective Goods but if Aussie Hotwash is of the view that they cannot be rectified, Aussie Hotwash will only be liable to reimburse the purchase price for those defective Goods. All Goods being returned for assessment of warranty or for repair MUST be accompanied by a Return Goods Authority (R.G.A.) which can be obtained from Aussie Hotwash. Any Goods returned without an R.G.A. will be returned to the Customer at the Customer’s cost.
Aussie Hotwash’s warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, use in applications other than that for which the Good was designed, abuse or faulty installation. Aussie Hotwash’s products must be installed and maintained in accordance with the instruction manual furnished with each reel otherwise the warranty may not apply.
